The Check-in starts at 15:00 (3 pm). In any case, if you arrive in advance, we will try to give you the room key as soon as it is ready.
To be able to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive, we can store your belongings in our luggage room.
The flexible package includes travel assistance insurance.
Cancellation is free of charge up to 5 days before the day of check-in.
Between 4 days and 24 hours before check-in, cancellation will be charged 50% of the reservation value.
Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice or non-arrival at the hotel (No Show) has a penalty of 75% of the reservation.

- Returning Guests: all guests receive a secret discount code by email after their stay. Use it in the promo code area of our reservation process.

Our planned opening and closure dates for 2024 are:
- MarSenses Puerto Pollensa Hotel & Spa, MarSenses Ferrera Blanca Hotel Family & MarSenses Rosa del Mar Hotel & Spa: March 22nd to November 2nd.
- MarSenses Ferrera Blanca Hotel Adults Only: April 19th to November 2nd.
- MarSenses Paradise Club Hotel: April 26th to November 2nd.
- MarSenses Natura Olea Hotel: May 2nd to November 2nd.
Depending on the rate you select, payment will either be upon reservation or check-in.
At check-in, you will need a valid credit or debit card and an ID.

We accept cash payments at the front desk.
All means of payment not listed above are considered unacceptable.
• You need a valid credit card as a guarantee to book your stay online. If you do not have a credit card, please get in touch with us.
• We do not require a security deposit. Please note that if you have chosen the prepaid option, you will be required to pay the total amount in advance.
• We do not accept installment payments.
• We do not accept payments made for someone else.

All of our bathrooms are equipped with:
Hair dryer, towels, soap, shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner and cotton swabs
Not available:
Bathrobe, bedroom slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, shaving kit, hairbrush, magnifying mirror, bidet, beach towels and pool towels
We offer a discount code only for our repeat guests.
If you are a repeater and are thinking of making a reservation with MarSenses Hotels & Homes, please contact our reservations department hola@marsenses.com and we will provide you with the code.
Departure must be before12h . If you book through our website, you can request a late check-out free of charge subject to availability.
If you have booked through a third party, please ask the hotel for availability and prices.

In the Balearic Islands there is a Sustainable Tourism Tax that is not included in the price of the room. According to the current regulations, it must be charged at the hotel on the day of arrival and the cost varies according to length of your stay, age and season.
