Cancellation is free of charge up to 5 days before the day of check-in.
Between 4 days and 24 hours before check-in, cancellation will be charged 50% of the reservation value.
Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice or non-arrival at the hotel (No Show) has a penalty of 75% of the reservation.

We do not sell day-use or pass. The hotel facilities are only for hotel guests.

In the Balearic Islands there is a Sustainable Tourism Tax that is not included in the price of the room. According to the current regulations, it must be charged at the hotel on the day of arrival and the cost varies according to length of your stay, age and season. Depending on the rate you select, payment will either be upon reservation or check-in.

The Check-in starts at 15:00 (3 pm). In any case, if you arrive in advance, we will try to give you the room key as soon as it is ready.
To be able to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive, we can store your belongings in our luggage room.
