Below you will find practical information about reaching the hotel, accessing facilities, and using our support services and accessible products. How to Reach the Hotel
The most convenient public transport option to reach the hotel is by taxi, which can be requested by calling the dedicated number +34 971 703 529.
By intercity bus, take line A1 from Palma Airport to Plaza de España in Palma, then from the Intermodal Station take bus 104 (Magaluf) to the Pere Vaquer Ramis stop number 2, located 250 metres from the hotel. Please note that not all buses are equipped with accessible ramps.
Alternatively, a private transfer service can be arranged. This can be booked via this link , by calling +34 871 551 785 or by emailing callcenter.webspain@mtsglobe.com.
If you are arriving in a private or rental vehicle, the hotel has its own car park with two designated accessible parking spaces.
The hotel entrance has a ramp with a gradient of over 12%, equipped with an assistance button at the start.
Access to the interior is via automatic doors.
Reception
Reception is open 24 hours a day and offers a spacious, open-plan area with a magnetic induction loop at the desk. Table check-in is available upon prior request.
Please note that staff do not currently speak sign language, and Braille transcriptions are not yet available.
Several accessibility ambassadors are available throughout your stay, each identified with the international accessibility symbol.
You can contact reception from your room at any time by dialing 9. Additionally, WhatsApp is provided as an alternative written communication channel.

Common Areas
All main common areas are on the ground floor, except the gym and spa, which are located on the second floor but accessible by lift.
Main Pool
The main pool is located at the center of the resort and is accessible via ramp. Water entry is possible using a portable pool chair. (Consult technical data sheet ) The pool is surrounded by a spacious sun terrace with loungers, including priority loungers for guests with reduced mobility, clearly marked with the SIA symbol.
Indoor Pool
The indoor pool is open depending on weather conditions. It is located on the lower floor, accessible by lift and ramp. Water entry is possible using a portable pool chair (Consult technical data sheet ) and the surrounding sun terrace has loungers, including priority PMR loungers, clearly identified with the SIA symbol.
Sensiland
Located on the lower floor, Sensiland is accessible via lift and ramp. It features two pools: one with slides and a shallow pool with ramp access. The pools are surrounded by a sun terrace with loungers, including priority PMR loungers clearly identified with the SIA symbol. The Sensibar snack bar is situated next to these pools.
Sensibar
The Sensibar snack bar offers tables reserved for guests with reduced mobility, clearly marked with the SIA symbol.
Buffet Restaurant and Lobby Bar
Assistance is available in both the buffet restaurant and lobby bar upon request. Tables reserved for guests with reduced mobility are clearly marked with the SIA symbol.
Snack Bar
The snack bar, connected to the pool sun terrace via a ramp, offers tables reserved for guests with reduced mobility, marked with the SIA symbol.
Spa
Accessible by lift or ramp, the spa features an adapted treatment room with a suitable treatment table. The water area includes a pool accessible via portable pool chair. Other areas currently do not meet minimum wheelchair accessibility requirements.
Gym
The gym is currently not adapted for accessibility.
Multi-sensory Room
The multi-sensory room has a minimum 90 cm clear door width. This space hosts guided group activities and can also be used individually for specific needs. Please consult reception for details.
Adapted Public Toilets
An accessible toilet is available near the pool area.
Adapted Rooms
The hotel offers six Junior Universal Suites on the ground floor, located near reception.
Each suite features a bedroom with terrace access, an ensuite bathroom with shower, and a living area with a 190 cm auxiliary sofa bed. In this space, when the sofa is extended, a 150 cm turning circle is not guaranteed.
Guests travelling with an assistance dog will receive a welcome kit including a large bed, feeding bowls, a water bowl, and a pack of waste bags, available upon request.
Room Features:
The entrance door is automatic with a minimum clear width of 90 cm. All rooms feature double beds measuring 160 x 200 cm and 50 cm in height. Bilateral transfer is possible and can be adapted to the guest’s preference, which can be specified in the booking comments. Terrace access has a maximum 1.5 cm floor difference, which can be overcome with a portable ramp upon request.
Bathroom Features:
The bathroom includes a step-free shower with grab rails. A mobile trolley with shower gel and shampoo is available upon request.
The shower and toilet are separated by a translucent glass partition with a sliding door, creating individual spaces with a minimum 120 cm turning radius.
The toilet height is 45–50 cm, with unilateral transfer space on the left in four rooms or on the right in the remaining two. This can be specified in the booking comments.
A shower chair is available, with two models to choose from: with wheels (view technical data sheet ) and without wheels (view technical data sheet ), available in every room upon request when booking or before arrival, and an alarm system.
