Below you will find practical information about reaching the hotel, accessing facilities, and using our support services and accessible products. Our goal is to make your stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

How to Reach the Hotel
The most convenient public transport option to reach the hotel is by taxi, which can be requested by calling the dedicated number +34 971 703 529.
To reach the hotel by intercity bus, take line A32 from the airport to Sa Pobla, and from there, take line 301 to the center of Port de Pollensa. Please note that not all buses are equipped with accessible ramps.
Alternatively, you can book a private transfer service. This can be arranged via this link , by calling +34 871 551 785 or by emailing callcenter.webspain@mtsglobe.com.
For those arriving in private or rental vehicles, there is a designated accessible parking space directly in front of the hotel.
The hotel entrance has a two-section ramp, and access to the interior is via automatic doors.
Reception
Reception operates 24 hours a day and is an open, spacious area with a magnetic induction loop at the desk. Check-in at a table is available upon prior request.
Please note that staff do not currently use sign language, and Braille transcriptions are not yet available.
Several accessibility ambassadors are on hand throughout your stay. These staff members are identified with the international accessibility symbol.
You can contact reception from your room at any time by dialing 9. Additionally, WhatsApp is available as an alternative written communication channel.
We offer free assistive products that can be incorporated into your room upon request:

Common Areas
All main common areas are on the ground floor, except the gym and spa, which are located on the second floor but accessible by lift.
Pools
The pools are at the centre of the resort and are surrounded by a spacious sun terrace with loungers, including priority loungers for guests with reduced mobility, clearly marked. The main pool is equipped with a portable pool chair (see technical specifications ) for water access. The jacuzzi is accessed via a step and does not have a portable chair.
Buffet Restaurant, Snack Bar, and Lobby Bar
Assistance is available in the buffet restaurant upon request. All dining areas provide tables reserved for guests with reduced mobility, clearly marked with the SIA symbol.
Adapted Public Toilet
An accessible toilet is available near the snack bar and pool area.
Spa and Gym
The spa and gym are located on the second floor, accessible via lift or stairs. The spa includes an adapted treatment room. The gym is currently not adapted for accessibility.
