To reach the hotel by intercity bus, take line A32 from the airport to Sa Pobla, and from there, take line 301 to the center of Port de Pollensa. Please note that not all buses are equipped with accessible ramps. Alternatively, you can book a private transfer service. This can be arranged via [this link](https://goo.su/cm1g3 "opens in a new tab") , by calling [+34 871 551 785](tel:+34871551785) or by emailing [callcenter.webspain@mtsglobe.com.](mailto:callcenter.webspain@mtsglobe.com) For those arriving in private or rental vehicles, there is a designated accessible parking space directly in front of the hotel. The hotel entrance has a two-section ramp, and access to the interior is via automatic doors. ## Reception Reception operates 24 hours a day and is an open, spacious area with a magnetic induction loop at the desk. Check-in at a table is available upon prior request. Please note that staff do not currently use sign language, and Braille transcriptions are not yet available. Several accessibility ambassadors are on hand throughout your stay. These staff members are identified with the international accessibility symbol. You can contact reception from your room at any time by dialing 9. Additionally, WhatsApp is available as an alternative written communication channel. The main pool is equipped with a portable pool chair ([see technical specifications](https://resources.marsenses.com/technical-sheets/silla-portatil-piscina/pool-portable-chair-metalu400-en.pdf "Download as PDF") ) for water access. The jacuzzi is accessed via a step and does not have a portable chair. **Buffet Restaurant, Snack Bar, and Lobby Bar** Assistance is available in the buffet restaurant upon request. All dining areas provide tables reserved for guests with reduced mobility, clearly marked with the SIA symbol. **Adapted Public Toilet** An accessible toilet is available near the snack bar and pool area. **Spa and Gym** The spa and gym are located on the second floor, accessible via lift or stairs. The spa includes an adapted treatment room. The gym is currently not adapted for accessibility. Each suite features a main bedroom with an ensuite bathroom equipped with a step-free shower and terrace access. The living area includes a 190 cm sofa bed; when extended, a 150 cm turning circle is not guaranteed. Guests travelling with an assistance dog will receive a welcome kit including a large bed, feeding bowls, and a pack of waste bags, available upon request. **Room Features:** The entrance door to each suite is automatic, with a minimum clear opening of 90 cm. All bedrooms feature double beds measuring 160 x 200 cm and 50 cm in height. **Bilateral** transfer is possible and can be adapted to the guest’s preference, which can be specified in the booking comments. Terrace access is step-free, with recessed rails. **Bathroom Features:** The bathroom includes a step-free shower with grab rails. A mobile trolley with shower gel and shampoo is available on request. The toilet is between 45 and 50 cm high and has a transfer space on the right-hand side in the bathrooms of rooms K01, K02, and K03, and on the left-hand side in the bathroom of room K04. This can be specified in the booking comments. Each room is equipped with a shower chair, with two options available: with wheels ([see technical specifications](https://resources.marsenses.com/technical-sheets/silla-ducha-con-ruedas/wheelchair-shower-en.pdf "download in PDF") ) and without wheels ([see technical specifications](https://resources.marsenses.com/technical-sheets/silla-ducha-sin-ruedas/stool-and-chair-swift-en.pdf "download in PDF") ),provided upon request at booking or before arrival, and includes an alarm system.
