Please note that it is not possible to reach the hotel by accessible intercity bus. Alternatively, you can book a private transfer service. The hotel entrance has a ramp with a gradient exceeding 12%, equipped with an assistance button at the start. Access to the interior is via automatic doors. ## Reception Reception is open 24 hours and offers a spacious, open-plan area with a magnetic induction loop at the desk. Table check-in is available upon prior request. Please note that staff do not currently speak sign language, and Braille transcriptions are not yet available. Several accessibility ambassadors are available throughout your stay, each identified with the international accessibility symbol. Guests can contact reception from their room at any time by dialing 9. WhatsApp is also provided as an alternative written communication channel. The pool is surrounded by a spacious sun terrace with loungers, including priority PMR loungers clearly identified with the SIA symbol. **Upper Pool** Accessed via a ramp with a gradient exceeding 12%, with an assistance button at the beginning and end. Sensiland features two pools: one with slides and a shallow pool with ramp access. The area is surrounded by a sun terrace with loungers, including priority PMR loungers clearly identified with the SIA symbol. The Sensibar is located adjacent to these pools. **Sensibar** The Sensibar is a bar with tables reserved for guests with reduced mobility, clearly marked with the SIA symbol. **Buffet Restaurant, Snack Bar, and Theatre Bar** Located at the pool level, assistance is available upon request. All spaces include tables reserved for guests with reduced mobility, clearly marked with the SIA symbol. **Gym** Accessible via lift, though currently not adapted. **Sensory Room** Located next to the reception, the room has a minimum 90 cm clear doorway. It hosts guided group activities and can also be used individually for specific needs. Please consult the reception for details. **Adapted Public Toilets** There are two adapted toilets: one next to the main pool and the second near reception. Each room features a bedroom, an ensuite bathroom with shower, a terrace, and a living area with a 190 cm auxiliary sofa bed. In this space, a 150 cm turning circle is not guaranteed when the sofa is extended. Guests travelling with an assistance dog will receive a welcome kit including a large bed, a feeding bowl, a water bowl, and a pack of waste bags, available upon request. **Room Features:** The entrance door is automatic with a minimum 90 cm clear width. All rooms feature double beds measuring 160 x 200 cm and 50 cm in height. Bilateral transfer is possible and can be adapted to the guest’s preference, which can be specified in the booking notes. Terrace access has a maximum 1.5 cm floor difference, which can be overcome with a portable ramp upon request. **Bathroom Features:** The bathroom includes a step-free shower with grab rails. A mobile trolley with shower gel and shampoo is available upon request. The shower and toilet are separated by a translucent glass partition with a sliding door, creating individual spaces with a minimum 120 cm turning radius. The toilet height is 45–50 cm, with unilateral transfer space on the left in rooms 326 and 330, or on the right in rooms 332, 334, 339, and 301. This can be specified in the booking notes. Each room is equipped with a shower chair, available in two models: with wheels ([technical specifications available](https://resources.marsenses.com/technical-sheets/silla-ducha-con-ruedas/wheelchair-shower-en.pdf "Download as a PDF.") ) and without wheels ([technical specifications available](https://resources.marsenses.com/technical-sheets/silla-ducha-sin-ruedas/stool-and-chair-swift-en.pdf "Download as a PDF.") ), provided upon request at booking or before arrival, including an alarm system.
