How to Reach the Hotel

The most convenient public transport option to reach the hotel is by taxi, which can be requested by calling the dedicated number +34 971 703 529.

If you prefer to travel by intercity bus, take line A51 from the airport to Campos (La Verge 2 stop), and then transfer to line 515 to Cala Esmeralda stop in Cala d’Or, located 650 metres from the hotel. Please note that not all buses are equipped with accessible ramps.

Alternatively, a private transfer service can be arranged. This can be booked via this link , by calling +34 871 551 785 or by emailing callcenter.webspain@mtsglobe.com.

The hotel entrance is equipped with a ramp, and access to the interior is via automatic doors.

Reception

Reception is open 24 hours a day and offers a spacious, open-plan area with a magnetic induction loop at the desk. Table check-in is available upon prior request.

Please note that staff do not currently speak sign language, and Braille transcriptions are not yet available.

Several accessibility ambassadors are available throughout your stay, each identified with the international accessibility symbol.

You can contact reception from your room at any time by dialing 9. Additionally, WhatsApp is provided as an alternative written communication channel.

Below you will find information about the hotel’s main facilities and accessible spaces, designed to support a comfortable and inclusive holiday experience in Mallorca.

Main Pool

Located two levels below reception, access is via the exterior next to Block D entrance. The pool offers entry via a portable pool chair (technical specifications available ) and is surrounded by a spacious sun terrace with loungers. Priority loungers for guests with reduced mobility are clearly marked with the SIA accessibility symbol.

Buffet Restaurant

Located next to the pool with lift access. Assistance is available upon request. Tables reserved for guests with reduced mobility are clearly identified with the SIA symbol.

Gym

Situated next to the pool, the gym has an access door with a clear width of 85 cm and a 7 cm threshold.

Adapted Public Toilets

Located next to the gym.

Adapted Rooms

We have two two-bedroom apartments, located on the ground and on the first floors of Block C, both accessible by lift.

Each apartment features a main adapted bedroom measuring approximately 30 m², with an ensuite bathroom equipped with a step-free shower and terrace access. The additional double bedroom, kitchen, and secondary bathroom do not currently meet the minimum requirements for wheelchair use.

The living area includes a double trundle sofa bed measuring 190 cm, and the apartment has terrace access.

Guests travelling with an assistance dog will receive a welcome kit, including a large bed, two water bowls, and a pack of waste bags available on request.

Room Features:

The entrance door to the apartment is automatic, with a minimum clear opening of 90 cm. All bedrooms are fitted with double beds measuring 160 x 200 cm and 50 cm in height. Bilateral transfer is possible and can be adapted to the guest’s preference, which can be specified in the booking comments. Access to the terrace has a maximum step of 1.5 cm, which can be managed with a portable ramp upon request.

Main Adapted Bathroom Features:

The bathroom includes a step-free shower with grab rails. A mobile trolley with gel and shampoo is available on request.

The toilet height ranges between 45 and 50 cm, with unilateral transfer space to the left.
