Bus: Take the A51 line from the airport to Campos (La Verge 2 stop), then transfer to line 515 to Cala Esmeralda in Cala d’Or, located 350m from the hotel. Please note that not all buses have accessible ramps. Please note: our staff do not speak sign language, and Braille transcriptions are not currently available. We have Accessibility Ambassadors available throughout your stay. They are identified with the international accessibility symbol and can also communicate via WhatsApp for written requests. You can also contact reception directly from your room by dialling 9. The pool features water access using a portable pool chair ([view technical specifications](https://resources.marsenses.com/technical-sheets/silla-portatil-piscina/silla-portail-piscina-metalu400-es.pdf " download in pdf") ) and is surrounded by a spacious sun terrace with loungers. Priority loungers for guests with reduced mobility are clearly identified with the international accessibility symbol. **Buffet Restaurant** Located in a separate building within the accessible route. Access is via a ramp with a gradient exceeding 12%. For this reason, assistance buttons are available at both the beginning and the end of the ramp. Assistance is available upon request. Tables for guests with reduced mobility are identified with the international accessibility symbol. **Sensiland** Access is from the exterior of the hotel via a ramp. This area includes two swimming pools: one with water slides and a second shallow pool with ramp access into the water. It is surrounded by a large sun terrace with loungers, including priority loungers for guests with reduced mobility, clearly marked with the international accessibility symbol. The Sensibar is located next to these pools. **Sensibar** This snack bar provides tables reserved for guests with reduced mobility, identified with the international accessibility symbol. **Gym** Access is via lift. The gym is currently not fully adapted. **Sensory Room** Located next to the gym, the room has an access door with a minimum clear width of 90 cm. Guided group activities take place here, and the room may also be used individually in specific situations. Each suite includes a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom equipped with a step-free shower. There is also a separate living area with a trundle-style sofa bed measuring 190 cm. When the sofa bed is extended, a full 150 cm turning circle cannot be guaranteed. All suites have access to a private terrace. Guests travelling with an assistance dog will receive a welcome kit including a large dog bed, food bowl, water bowl and waste bags, available upon request. **Room Features:** The entrance door to the suite is automatic, with a minimum clear opening of 90 cm. All suites are equipped with double beds measuring 160 x 200 cm and 50 cm in height. Transfer is possible from both sides and can be adapted to the guest’s preference, which may be specified in the booking comments. Access to the terrace has a maximum step of 1.5 cm, which can be managed with a portable ramp upon request. **Bathroom Features:** The bathroom includes a step-free shower with grab rails. A mobile shower trolley with gel and shampoo is available upon request. The shower and toilet are separated by translucent glass with a sliding door, creating individual spaces with a minimum turning radius of 120 cm. The toilet height ranges between 45 and 50 cm, with unilateral transfer space to the left in all suites. A shower chair is available in each suite upon request, with two models to choose from, with wheels ([view technical specifications]( https://resources.marsenses.com/technical-sheets/silla-ducha-con-ruedas/wheelchair-shower-en.pdf "download in pdf") ) or without wheels ([view technical specifications]( https://resources.marsenses.com/technical-sheets/silla-ducha-sin-ruedas/stool-and-chair-swift-en.pdf "download in pdf") ), and includes an alarm system. Requests can be made at the time of booking or before arrival.
