How to Reach the Hotel
Taxi: The most convenient public transport option. You can request a taxi by calling +34 971 703 529.
Bus: Take the A51 line from the airport to Campos (La Verge 2 stop), then transfer to line 515 to Cala Esmeralda in Cala d’Or, located 350m from the hotel. Please note that not all buses have accessible ramps.
Private Transfer: You can book a private transfer here , by phone at +34 871 551 785 or by email at callcenter.webspain@mtsglobe.com.
The hotel entrance has a ramp, and access inside is via automatic doors.
Reception
Our 24-hour reception is a spacious, open area featuring with a hearing loop at the desk. Check-in at table upon request is available upon request.
Please note: our staff do not speak sign language, and Braille transcriptions are not currently available.
We have Accessibility Ambassadors available throughout your stay. They are identified with the international accessibility symbol and can also communicate via WhatsApp for written requests.
You can also contact reception directly from your room by dialling 9.

Common Areas
Below you will find information about the hotel’s main facilities and accessible spaces, designed to support a comfortable and inclusive holiday experience in Mallorca.
Main Pool
Access is via the lift from the reception. The pool features water access using a portable pool chair (view technical specifications ) and is surrounded by a spacious sun terrace with loungers. Priority loungers for guests with reduced mobility are clearly identified with the international accessibility symbol.
Buffet Restaurant
Located in a separate building within the accessible route. Access is via a ramp with a gradient exceeding 12%. For this reason, assistance buttons are available at both the beginning and the end of the ramp.
Assistance is available upon request. Tables for guests with reduced mobility are identified with the international accessibility symbol.
Sensiland
Access is from the exterior of the hotel via a ramp. This area includes two swimming pools: one with water slides and a second shallow pool with ramp access into the water. It is surrounded by a large sun terrace with loungers, including priority loungers for guests with reduced mobility, clearly marked with the international accessibility symbol. The Sensibar is located next to these pools.
Sensibar
This snack bar provides tables reserved for guests with reduced mobility, identified with the international accessibility symbol.
Gym
Access is via lift. The gym is currently not fully adapted.
Sensory Room
Located next to the gym, the room has an access door with a minimum clear width of 90 cm. Guided group activities take place here, and the room may also be used individually in specific situations. Please enquire at reception for further information.
Adapted Public Toilets
Located next to the gym and the multi-sensory room.
