How to Reach the Hotel
The most convenient public transport option to reach the hotel is by taxi, which can be requested by calling the dedicated number +34 971 703 529.
Take the A51 line from the airport to Campos (La Verge 2 stop), then transfer to line 515 to Cala Esmeralda in Cala d’Or, located 350m from the hotel. Please note that not all buses have accessible ramps.
Alternatively, you can book a private transfer service. This can be arranged via this link , by calling +34 871 551 785 or by emailing callcenter.webspain@mtsglobe.com.
The hotel entrance has a ramp, and access inside is via automatic doors.
Reception
Our 24-hour reception is a spacious, open area featuring with a hearing loop at the desk. Check-in at table upon request is available upon request. Please note: our staff do not speak sign language, and Braille transcriptions are not currently available.
We have Accessibility Ambassadors available throughout your stay. They are identified with the international accessibility symbol and can also communicate via WhatsApp for written requests. You can also contact reception directly from your room by dialling 9.
We offer free assistive products that can be incorporated into your room upon request:

Common Areas
Access to several common areas involves ramps with gradients over 12%. Assistance buttons are provided at the top and bottom.
Piscina
The pool features portable chair access (see technical specifications ) surrounded by a spacious sun terrace with sun loungers. Loungers for guests with reduced mobility are clearly marked with the international accessibility symbol.
Buffet Restaurant
Located next to the pool, is accessible via a ramp. Assistance is available on request, and tables for guests with reduced mobility are marked with the symbol of international accessibility.
Gym
Accessible via lift from reception, currently not fully adapted.
Accesible Toilets
One fully accessible toilet near the restaurant.
