How to Reach the Hotel

The most convenient public transport option to reach the hotel is by taxi, which can be requested by calling the dedicated number +34 971 703 529.

Take the A51 line from the airport to Campos (La Verge 2 stop), then transfer to line 515 to Cala Esmeralda in Cala d’Or, located 350m from the hotel. Please note that not all buses have accessible ramps.

The hotel entrance has a ramp, and access inside is via automatic doors.

Reception

Our 24-hour reception is a spacious, open area featuring with a hearing loop at the desk. Check-in at table upon request is available upon request. Please note: our staff do not speak sign language, and Braille transcriptions are not currently available.

We have Accessibility Ambassadors available throughout your stay. They are identified with the international accessibility symbol and can also communicate via WhatsApp for written requests. You can also contact reception directly from your room by dialling 9.

Common Areas

Access to several common areas involves ramps with gradients over 12%. Assistance buttons are provided at the top and bottom.

Piscina

The pool features portable chair access (see technical specifications ) surrounded by a spacious sun terrace with sun loungers. Loungers for guests with reduced mobility are clearly marked with the international accessibility symbol.

Buffet Restaurant

Located next to the pool, is accessible via a ramp. Assistance is available on request, and tables for guests with reduced mobility are marked with the symbol of international accessibility.

Gym

Accessible via lift from reception, currently not fully adapted.

Accesible Toilets

One fully accessible toilet near the restaurant.

Accessible Room

We offer one Junior Suite Universal located on the ground floor of Block O. The suite includes a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, a double sofa bed (190 cm), and access to two terraces. Guests travelling with an assistance dog receive a welcome kit including a bed, feeding bowls, water bowl, and waste bag set, available on request.

Bedroom:

Features an automatic entrance door with a minimum clearance of 90 cm. The bed features two joined beds measuring 105 x 200 cm, at a height of 50 cm, with a bilateral transfer space of at least 90 cm. Both terrace accesses have a maximum step of 1.5 cm, which can be managed with a portable ramp on request.

Bathroom:

It has individual spaces for the shower and toilet, each with a minimum turning radius of 120 cm. The shower is equipped with grab bars and no step.

A mobile shower trolley with gel and shampoo is available on request. Two shower chair models are available per room, with wheels (see technical specifications ) and without wheels (see technical specifications ), upon request at the time of booking or before arrival. The toilet has a height of 45–50 cm with a unilateral transfer to the right.
