Facilites
Cas Metge Matas has everything you need for a comfortable stay and to enjoy an unforgettable holiday, whether you come to rest, practice your favourite sport, discover the wonderful island of Mallorca or do a bit of everything.
On the ground floor, as well as a double room adapted for guests with reduced mobility, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with a table for 16 people and three different lounges, one of them with sofas, a 70" Smart TV screen and satellite TV channels. The other 7 bedrooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors.
Around the house, there are two large tables for 16 diners, a barbecue on a covered porch to enjoy outdoor cooking, and several areas with sofas and tables spread over various parts of the terrace surrounding the house and the garden. At the other end of the garden, with the Tramuntana mountain range in the background, there is a 20 x 8-metre swimming pool built using the house's old safareig and surrounded by a solarium with sun loungers, two Balinese beds and two toilets with shower.
From any point in the house and the surrounding area, you can access the WiFi network with a fibre optic internet connection so that you can consume content from any streaming TV platform, or you can develop your professional activity remotely.

Pool
The pool is situated in the northern part of the garden, elevated to create an infinity pool effect, enhancing the spectacular views of the Serra de Tramontana. It spans an impressive 20 x 8 meters and features a shallow section along with a broader area reaching a depth of 2 meters.
Surrounding the pool is a sunbathing area equipped with 2 Balinese beds, 10 sun loungers, tables, and umbrellas. Additionally, you'll find two bathrooms with showers in the vicinity, ensuring convenience for all guests.
Terraces
Villa Cas Metge Matas is surrounded by terraces on all four sides. On the east side, there is a covered porch with a barbecue and a large table with chairs, the other three sides have areas to rest, read, talk, or eat in the sun or in the shade of the trees for you to enjoy as you wish.
Outdoors Barbeque
Cas Metge Matas has an outdoor space to prepare lunch or dinner thanks to the excellent climate of Mallorca. Enjoy a fully equipped outdoor barbecue with a sink and a table for 8 people under an east-facing porch. For celebrations with more people, the large table for up to 16 people on the North terrace and another of the same size in the South, both just a few metres away.
Parking
The villa has parking for up to 6 vehicles with independent access to Coanegre road. It has an electric vehicle charger.

Escape to our 25 m2 space on the first floor, meticulously furnished as a tranquil room dedicated to the art of reading. Featuring a full ensuite bathroom with a shower, a 42" TV, a spacious double built-in wardrobe, and scenic views of the Sierra de Tramuntana. Voltor – Gaming Room
Discover our 25 sqm space located on the second floor, a furnished room designed for the young at heart or anyone looking to indulge in the world of video games.
