At **MarSenses Hotels & Homes** we take a step forward in our commitment to both the planet and people. Introducing MarSenses Natura, a new way of understanding holidays, where sustainability, people and connection with the environment are the essence of every stay.

**MarSenses Natura** is **a new way of understanding hospitality**; every decision is guided by a deep respect for the planet. But our commitment goes further: we work with local producers, we promote fair trade and we are committed to the well-being of people, both our guests and the community that surrounds us.

Imagine waking up to the sound of the breeze through the trees, enjoying a cuisine delight made with local natural ingredients, and letting yourself be in the present and in nature’s essence. At **MarSenses Natura Olea Hotel**, every moment is an invitation to live more consciously, fully and in harmony with the world around us. The attributes that set us apart are:

## Environment

Respect and care for the environment are a tangible reality for us; that is why we implement new measures aligned with the highest sustainability standards, such as ozone cleaning and other resource-saving systems. Small steps toward protecting the environment and the resources that surround us.

All these actions are accompanied by a measure introduced last season: room cleaning every two days, which helps the housekeeping team reduce their workload and improve their well-being.

### The Humane Room

A new initiative that brings the hotel brand's commitment to the Balearic community even closer is this charity room, whose **net booking revenues will be donated to the association Grupo de Educadores de calle y Trabajo con Menores (GREC)**, to boost childhood and youth projects, such as **training and socio-labor integration programs** for vulnerable groups. In 2025, **guests donated €19,897** to this association through their bookings. GREC is a non-profit organization founded in 1987 that works with different sectors of the population at risk, facing difficulties, or in social conflict. Initially, GREC emerged by advocating for the role of street educators in neighborhoods experiencing social conflict in Palma, with the aim of accompanying and supporting young people, with a strong emphasis on community work. Currently, GREC works with **different groups such as children and adolescents, youth, prison populations, people with mental health diagnoses, the elderly, and families**, always from a socio-educational perspective and putting people at the center of the process.

## Inclusion

Furthermore, in our constant commitment to people, at MarSenses Hotels & Homes we seek to **generate real employment opportunities** by fostering an enriching environment. Therefore, as a goal for this season, **we aim to integrate 10% of the team with people at risk of social exclusion** in the Balearic Islands.

### Collaborations

In addition to the commitment to social agents, the goal of MarSenses Natura Olea Hotel is also reflected in the dedication to **partners who share values** of sustainability and innovation, which is key to moving towards more responsible tourism.

## Gastronomy

A firm commitment to gastronomy and the Mediterranean diet through quality products, featuring **our own agricultural production** of fruits and vegetables, guaranteeing our guests fresh and local products in both buffets and menus. This initiative will not only enhance the quality of our culinary offerings, but will also reduce the carbon footprint, boost the local economy, and ensure thorough control over cultivation, prioritizing natural and responsible methods.

### Diversity

Thanks to our firm commitment and belief in **real equality and non-discrimination** in the workplace, we are strengthening our dedication to diversity and inclusion by becoming the **first hotel chain to join the FELGTBI+ (State Federation of Lesbians, Gays, Trans, Bisexuals, Intersexuals, and more)**. As part of this alliance, we are implementing specific training programs for all teams, ensuring a respectful and welcoming service for all our guests, regardless of their gender identity or sexual orientation.

**There is no room for discrimination** and, furthermore, we champion education and visibility to make our workplaces true safe spaces for everyone.
