Some of the program's initiatives you will notice as soon as you enter, but others you will barely notice. All so that you only have to worry about taking the self-protection precautions you are already used to and enjoy your stay.

To make your return home easier, if you need to submit a PCR or antigen test, you can do it at the hotel or at a nearby medical centre through an authorised medical service.

General protocols

The quality, hygiene and safety standards follow the recommendations and comply with the regulations in force to prevent contagion.

We are aware of the improvements and recommendations of the authorities and constantly update our protocols.

We train our employees in self-protection guidelines and in the use of preventive equipment to minimise the risk of contagion.

Before your arrival. Online check-in

To reduce the contact with reception staff and make you wait shorter, we have enabled online check-in so that you can register your details before your arrival.

On arrival you will only need to present your identification document to comply with the regulations and we will give you the key.

Upon your arrival. Use of the face mask.

It should always be worn both inside and outside the hotel with the exception of

  • Children under 6 years of age.

  • During consumption of food and drinks.

  • In private spaces, such as hotel rooms.

  • On beaches, promenades, and swimming pools provided that a distance of 1.5 m can be maintained.

  • During sports or physical activity, provided that a distance of 1.5 m can be maintained.

  • In natural spaces or outdoors outside population centers, provided that a distance of 1.5 m can be maintained.

  • People with illnesses or respiratory difficulties, disability, behavioral disorders, or dependency that do not allow them to remove their mask themselves.

Upon your arrival. Reception

You will find hydroalcoholic gel dispensers on arrival.

If you have completed the online check-in, you will only need to present your identification documents and we will give you the key. Otherwise, we have simplified the check-in process to reduce contact with the reception staff.

You will need to disinfect your luggage with hydroalcoholic gel spray.

During your stay. Room

On arrival, the room will have been empty for at least 24 hours.

The bedding and towels will have been washed between 60 and 90ºC.

We will have reduced decorative elements, consumables and single use amenities. If you need anything else, you can ask for it at the reception.

In the daily cleaning, the staff will follow a strict protocol of hygiene and cleanliness.

During your stay. Bars and restaurants

Before accessing these spaces we will ask you to use the hydroalcoholic gel.

We will reorganize the distribution of the tables to guarantee the distance and the capacity will be limited.

We will set up outdoor spaces for greater safety.

The buffet will be kept with the food separated by screens and the dishes will be served by our cooks.

We will reinforce the show cooking and incorporate the individual portions.

During your stay. Common areas, swimming pool, solarium and spa

All the transit areas will be cleaned and disinfected more frequently with special attention to the elements mostly used and contact like knobs, handrails, counters, stairs...

We will limit the capacity of the common spaces such as the solarium, swimming pool, terraces, hammocks, etc. to ensure distance.

We will disinfect the hammocks daily and after each use.

It will be necessary to use the swimming pool towel on the hammocks.

During your stay. Entertainment

We will adjust the activities to small groups.

We will increase outdoor activities.

More frequent cleaning of children's areas and entertainment materials.

Before your departure. COVID tests

If you need a diagnostic test for COVID, either PCR or Antigens, MarSenses Hotels & Homes will provide you with these tests in the hotels themselves or in a nearby medical center through an authorized medical service. Once you have taken the test you will receive your certificate online so that you can travel without any problems.
