At MarSenses Hotels & Homes we want you to feel completely at ease and enjoy a well-deserved holiday. This season we are extending our Health & Safe programme by adding Travel Assistance Insurance to the hygiene and protection protocols and, if you book at the Guaranteed Non-Refundable rate, a Cancellation Insurance.

Both insurances are totally free! and are automatically included through our website or by calling +34 971 722 667.

To take them out, all you have to do is book your holiday and enjoy it.

Cancellation Insurance

Included in all bookings with a Guaranteed Non-Refundable rate:

  • Covers trip cancellation costs of up to €10,000 per person up to 24 hours in advance.
  • Covers up to 25 reasons for cancellation. See policy conditions. Included for positive in COVID-19.
  • The refund of the prepaid amount of the reservation, in case of justified cancellation, will be made through the insurance company ARAG.
  • The prepaid amount will not be refunded if the reason for cancellation is not included in the general conditions of the policy or in case of a no-show at the hotel.

Travel Assistance Insurance

Included in all bookings made on and Call Centre. It has the following coverage:

  • Starts at check-in and ends at check-out.
  • Medical and health assistance, up to 30.000€.
  • Dental expenses, up to 250€.
  • Repatriation or medical transport of the injured or sick.
  • Repatriation or transport of other insured persons.
  • Travel of a family member or companion in the event of hospitalisation.
  • Expenses for the stay of the displaced relative or companion in the event of hospitalisation, up to 500€ (50€ x 10 days).
  • Expenses for the stay of a relative or accompanying person who has not been displaced in the event of hospitalisation, up to €1,500 (€150 x 10 days).
  • Convalescence at the hotel, up to 1.500€ (150€ x 10 days).
  • Repatriation or transport of the deceased insured.
  • Early return due to the death or hospitalisation of a family member or serious loss at the insured's home or business premises.
  • Loss of services contracted and not used as a result of hospitalisation.
  • Dispatch of a professional chauffeur.
  • Medical teleconsultation service.
  • Reimbursement of holidays not taken, up to 3.000€.

Hygiene and Protection Measures

Our quality, hygiene and safety standards follow current Spanish and European regulations to prevent contagion. If the regulations require it, we will prepare everything to maintain safe distances and we will provide you with the necessary self-protection systems.

All the information about the hotel (opening hours, menus...) can be found on our website You can access different QR codes in the hotel.

If you need to take a PCR or antigen test on your return home, you can do so at a nearby medical centre, there is one within 200m of all our hotels. Prices may cost around €75 and €30 respectively.
