In our company, environmental policy must be a basic principle and, for this reason, we have established an Environmental Management System, in accordance with the UNE-EN ISO 14001 Standard, which guarantees the protection of the environment in our establishments. The Environmental Policy of MarSenses Hotels & Homes comes directly from the Management of the company and forms part of the obligations and responsibilities of the entire organisation. In this sense, the Environmental Policy, as well as the strategies and plans that are established, are the responsibility of both the management and those responsible for the different establishments of the group, who are committed to:

• Identify and evaluate all the environmental impacts derived from our activities and services, with the aim of establishing an objective that we must take in every action we take to reduce pollution, minimise the generation of waste and the consumption of natural resources, promote efficiency and energy saving and encourage recycling in our establishments.
• Preventing and avoiding significant environmental impact caused by the operation of our establishments, and protecting and respecting the natural environment in those destinations where Mar Senses S.L. has a presence.
• Actively involving all staff in the performance of the Environmental Management System through training, awareness and continuous improvement programmes at all levels of management.
• Informing our clients aware of the importance of environmental responsibility and to establish initiatives that allow us to integrate our guests in the development of these improvements, increase their commitment and promote their awareness in order to increase their experience in our establishments.
• Promoting and disseminating the Mar Senses S.L. Environmental Policy among interested parties.
• Periodically reviewing the Environmental Management System in order to improve and adapt the group's Environmental Policy to the changing conditions of the sector.
• Complying with the legal and regulatory requirements in force and other applicable requirements regarding environmental protection.

In order to ensure these commitments at MarSenses Hotels & Homes, we make this Environmental Policy available to all interested parties.

ReCare is our CSR plan which arises from the need to implement responsible consumption habits in our activity. Based on the 3R rule: Reuse, reduce and recycle. 

• We will reuse materials and elements of our activity giving them a second life.
• We will reduce waste that damages the environment and the consumption of natural resources.
• We will recycle waste to turn it into an input or a new product.

Use of resources, materials and energy sources that are aligned with our purposes and minimise the impact on the environment in the most effective way.

For more than 10 years the Mare Terra Jardiners team has been responsible for the development and landscape design of our establishment in Cala'n Bosch, MarSenses Paradise Club Hotel.

Based on regenerative agriculture techniques with ecological products, Mare Terra Jardiners:

-Reproduces forest microorganisms to apply in liquid or solid form to the different species in the hotel's green areas.

-They practice respectful pruning to prevent premature ageing and avoid pests.

-They produce ormus naturally, a product that contains all the minerals from the sea, eliminating sodium, to apply to the plan.

We seek to empower the talent of the people who form part of the company with actions that eliminate inequalities and improve their personal and job satisfaction.

We participate in solidarity projects whose objective is to provide tools and means to disadvantaged communities for the development and improvement of their social and employment situation.

We are committed to transmitting our sensitivity in this area to our entire team, customers and suppliers, always focusing on the identification of possible environmental risks in order to create strategies that minimise or eliminate the impact of our activity on the environment.
